The vineyards are carefully monitored and managed long before the grape is born, thus resulting in lip smacking tropical fruit with a crisp acidity on the white wines. On the red wines the spicy fruit with vanilla results in a perfect harmony with the tannin structure and seduces many a palate begging for more.
